Privacy — TUCE Leads
Service: leads.tuce.app (authorized sales-rep workspace operated by TUCE).
What we collect
Account data you receive from TUCE (email login), lead assignments, outreach activity you log in the CRM, and—if you choose to connect them—OAuth tokens for email or social providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
TikTok
If you use Sign in with TikTok, we store OAuth tokens and TikTok open_id needed to publish posts you submit in the CRM. We do not use the TikTok Data Portability API and do not download a full export of your TikTok account through that API.
How to delete TikTok-related data we hold
- In the app (immediate): Sign in at leads.tuce.app, open Connect accounts or the social section on your workspace, and click Disconnect next to TikTok. This removes stored TikTok tokens and
open_idfrom your rep account. - By request: Email privacy@tuce.app from the address tied to your TUCE Leads login. Ask to delete TikTok connection data or your entire rep account. We will confirm and complete deletion within a reasonable period (typically 30 days or sooner).
Other deletion requests
For deletion of other personal data held in TUCE Leads, contact privacy@tuce.app. Rep accounts are provisioned by TUCE; your organization may also revoke access through TUCE support.
